Celebration of State independence in Tehran

On September 22, 2024, a solemn event dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of Tajikistan's independence was held at the Tajikistan Embassy in Tehran with the participation of compatriots who live and work in Iran.

The Ambassador of Tajikistan to Iran N. Zohidi in his congratulatory speech, called independence the greatest achievement of the Tajik nation and emphasized the great contribution of the Founder of national peace and unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, in strengthening the foundations of independence and national statehood.

To the attention of the participants were presented an exhibition of the books of the Leader of the Nation, samples of national handicrafts and Tajik cuisine.
