Joint Seminar of the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Japan with the Foreign Service Training Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan

On 27 October 2023, the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan hosted a joint seminar organized by the Embassy and the Foreign Service Training Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Japan M. Jalolov opened the seminar with a welcoming speech and emphasised the importance of development and expansion of cooperation between the diplomatic educational institutions of the ministries of foreign affairs of Tajikistan and Japan.

Professor ITOH Shoichi, Senior Specialist of the Institute of Economic Energy of Japan delivered a presentation on "The Global Energy Trends and Tajikistan – Energy Security Revisited". Trainees of the Foreign Service Training Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan also made presentations. The seminar was attended by Tajik researches and students residing in Japan, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan in person and online.
