Meeting of Ambassador with the new group of JDS students

On September 2, 2025, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Japan Farhod SALIM met with government officials who will start their studies at various Japanese universities under the Japanese Development Scholarships (JDS) program.

During the meeting, the Ambassador of Tajikistan informed the participants of the program about the policy pursued by the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon in the field of education and upbringing of youth and training of specialists, noting that education and upbringing of youth is one of the most important issues of the state and government.

Ambassador wished success to the students of the Japanese Development Scholarships (JDS) program in their studies and research activities and expressed gratitude to the Japanese side for the support and assistance in training highly qualified specialists for the our country.
