International Conference Dedicated to the 35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan

On August 25, 2026, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan hosted an international conference titled “Tajikistan and 35 Years of Independence: Experience of Peacebuilding, Multivector Policy, and Sustainable Development” dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Republic of Tajikistan’s state independence.  The event was attended by high-ranking representatives of the Government and Parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan, heads of ministries and  agencies, members of the diplomatic corps, as well as political figures, veterans of the diplomatic service, and representatives of the country’s diplomatic missions abroad (online).

         The achievements of the Republic of Tajikistan over the 35 years of state independence and the prospects for the country's development were analyzed and discussed in the Conference’s thematic sections entitled “Cooperation Among Government Agencies, the Scientific Community, and the Diplomatic Corps in the Implementation of Foreign Policy” and “Women – Proponents of the Sustainable Domestic and Foreign Policy of the Leader of the Nation."
