Meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On April 5, 2023, Ambassador Farrukh Hamralizoda welcomed the newly appointed H.E. Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the United States Mr. Furqat Sidiqov.
During the meeting, the sides discussed a wide range of issues relating to the strengthening of bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Uzbekistan and cooperation in C5+1 regional platform, with a particular focus on political, trade and economic relations, tourism, and cultural ties.
Both sides also expressed satisfaction with the friendly and fraternal relations between Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
