VIRTUAL BRIEFING

The Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan to the United States of America announces
that a virtual briefing on the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the regulation of
celebrations and ceremonies in the Republic of Tajikistan” in new edition will be held on
08/30/24 at 10 a.m. EST for representatives of the diplomatic corps, ministries and
agencies and mass media of the USA.
The Law was adopted on June 20, 2024, which determines the order of arranging
celebrations and ceremonies, and is aimed at protecting the original values of national
culture, preventing superstitions and bigotry, improving the Tajikistan people’s social
and economic well-being.
