Participation of Ambassador of Tajikistan in Panel Discussion on Doing Business in Central Asia

On March 29, 2019 US-Tajikistan Business Council with Baker McKenzie organized Panel Discussion on Doing Business in Central Asia with participation of Ambassadors of Central Asian countries, Afghanistan, US Government officials, representatives of business community and think-tanks. 
Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan in the USA Farhod Salim participated at the discussion and made remarks. Speakers presented commercial and investment opportunities of their countries and provided information about measures taken by their governments in the area of trade and investment.
Ambassador of Tajikistan in his speech emphasized the initiatives and further steps of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leaders of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan H.E. Emomali Rahmon on development of business opportunities of the country, economic reforms and the establishment of favorable investment climate in the country.
It should be noted that US-Tajikistan Business Council was established in 2016 with the aim of promoting more US investment and companies to our economy and development of trade relations between the two countries.
