Meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan with the Special Coordinator, Independent Assessment Mandated by UN Security Council

On 23 September 2023, in New York, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with the UN Special Coordinator of the Independent Assessment mandated by Security Council Resolution 2679 (2023) Mr. Feridun Sinirlioğlu.

At the meeting, the parties discussed issues of regional security, in particular threats emanating from Afghanistan.

Sirojiddin Muhriddin informed the Special Coordinator about the country's approaches to the events taking place in the region.
