 Faculty of Law, Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University (2015).

 Professional Experience:

 2004-2005 – Engineer, Licensing Unit and Energy Conservation Unit of the Energy Policy Department, Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Tajikistan;

2005-2006 – Information Specialist, Executive Committee of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea, Dushanbe;

2006-2009 – Head of the Information and Interdepartmental Relations Sector, Executive Committee of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea, Dushanbe;

2009-2010 – Chief Specialist of the Secretariat of the Government Commission for the Resolution of Territorial and Border Issues of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;

2010-2011 – Head of the Investment Unit of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations and Investments of Barki Tojik Joint-Stock Holding Company;

2011-2013 – Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Executive Committee of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan;

2013-2016 – Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Executive Committee of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan;

2017-2019 – Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Executive Committee of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan;

2020-2023 – Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Executive Committee of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea, Dushanbe;
