Political consultations between Tajikistan and Germany

On October 1st, 2019 regular political consultations were held between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Federal Republic of Germany under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Muzaffar Huseinzoda and Сommissioner of the Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Caucasus of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Germany Mr. Michael Siebert.

During the meeting the parties have discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation in political, economic, cultural, educational, migration and security spheres. The two sides have expressed interest in further strengthening of friendly relations between the countries.

The meeting resulted in a constructive dialogue on regional and international issues, of mutual interests.
