Meeting of the Charges d’Affaires a.i. of Tajikistan with the Secretary General of Arab Water Council

On 16 March 2020 in Cairo Charges d’Affaires a.i. of Tajikistan to Egypt Shahlo Abdurahimzoda met with the Secretary General of the Arab Water Council Hussein El-Atfy to deliver an invitation to attend the Second High-Level International Conference on International Decade for Action «Water for Sustainable Development», 2018-2028 to be held in Dushanbe on 18-20 June 2020/

El-Atfy thanked for the invitation and  stressed the importance of the initiative by the Leader of Nation, President of Tajikistan H.E. Emomali Rahmon on water issues.

The sides also discussed the development of cooperation between Tajikistan and the Arab Water Council.
