Bilateral Meeting with the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs of Portugal

On April 18, 2026, in Antalya, on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, a bilateral meeting was held between the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Farrukh Sharifzoda, and the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs of Portugal, Paula Rangel.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral relations, paying special attention to enhancing cooperation in political, economic, and humanitarian areas.

They also exchanged views on pressing international issues and cooperation within international organizations. Both sides reaffirmed their readiness to further strengthen cooperation and continue a constructive dialogue.
