1993-1996: Faculty of Oriental Languages, Department of Arabic Language, Tajik National University, Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

1996-2002: Institute of Arabic Language and Al-Azhar University in Cairo.

2003-2008: Researcher in the postgraduate studies, Al-Azhar University in Cairo.

2011: Diplomatic courses in the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Arab Republic of Egypt (Cairo).

2012-2014: Academic researcher at the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Law at the Academy of Sciences, Republic of Tajikistan.

2015: Diplomatic courses at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Russian Federation (Moscow).

2016: Educational courses at the Near East and South Asia Center for Strategic Studies (NESA) of National Defense University, United States of America (Washington).

2004-2008: Administrative employee in "Al-Mayan" commercial company in Cairo.

2009-2011: Member of Interpretation team, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2012-2014: Academic researcher at the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Law at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2014-2016: Third Secretary in the Middle East and Africa Division of the Asia and Africa Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2016-2017: First Secretary, Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2015-2018: Director of the Employee Training Courses and Rehabilitation Program, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.

-  National Coordinator of the Joint Project between Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan and the Office of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Tajikistan.

2017-2019: Head of the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2019-2020: Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Doha.

On August 31, 2020, was appointed as an Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by decree of His Excellency the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as a Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation

Knowledge of languages: Arabic, Russian, Persian and English.

Marital Status: Married and has three children.
