Football tournament in Turkey

On May 27, 2023, at the initiative of the Consulate General of the Republic of Tajikistan in Istanbul, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Ankara and the community of the Tajik diaspora in Turkey, in honor of the Youth Day of Tajikistan, a football tournament was held between citizens and students of the Republic of Tajikistan living in the Republic of Turkey. Six teams were formed to participate in the tournament among citizens.

During his speech, the Consul General of the Republic of Tajikistan in Istanbul, Z. Mirzozoda, congratulated citizens on the Youth Day of Tajikistan, spoke about sports development programs, including football in our country, and wished success to the football teams.

At the end, national food was served for participants, and the winning teams were awarded cups.
